The software also ensures a smooth, clear journey for entrepreneurs, providing transparency at each stage, building trust, and making the process fair. Leveraging detailed data and unbiased AI assessment features, Level supports well-grounded and reliable investment- and selection decisions.

One tool for all

Level is fully configurable and thus can be easily adapted to different needs, from SME debt funds, RBF (revenue-based financing) providers, VCs, impact funds and accelerators. It offers a wide range of features ranging from AI-based entrepreneur assessments, psychometric tests, contract issuing, KYC checks to payment collections and reporting, just to name a few.

Tested and iterated with 15,000 applications and over 100 active businesses

Level was initially built as an internal solution for Uncap, an early-stage financing provider focused on making funding accessible to entrepreneurs in Africa. Over the years the software has been thoroughly tested and refined based on the learnings from screening over 15,000 applications, conducting hundreds of due diligence processes and managing over 100 businesses. Responding to increasing interest from other investors and accelerators for a white-label solution, Uncap started working on a SaaS MVP offering in 2023 with a couple of first customers, culminating in the launch of Level today.
