Welcome to Level by Uncap GmbH (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Level software application (the “Software”) and any related services. By using the Software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

The Software is owned and licensed by Uncap GmbH. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Uncap GmbH.

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Updates

We may release updates or patches to improve the Software. You agree to keep your operating system and browser up to date for proper functionality. Failure to do so may affect the functionality of the Software.

Disclaimers

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. Uncap GmbH makes no guarantees that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of Germany.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
